Choose your level

More intensive. More flexible. Your choice.

All three programs share therapy, groups, and appointments - the difference is how many hours and days you commit. We help you pick what fits your life and your needs.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

About 5-7 hours a day, typically 9 a.m.-3 p.m., five days a week: individual therapy, group work, psychiatric appointments, and skills groups. Best for acute depression, anxiety flare-ups, or recent crisis.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Similar structure, lighter schedule: 3-4 hours a day, 3 days a week. Ideal if you're working or managing other responsibilities - still highly structured and evidence-based.

Standard Outpatient (OP)

Weekly or twice-weekly individual therapy plus optional groups - the most flexible option. Best for ongoing maintenance or when you're stable and just need regular support.

How to know what fits

If you're struggling to function but don't need 24/7 in-person care, a day program bridges the gap - intensive therapy and community without giving up your home, job, or independence.

  • You're safe at home, but symptoms are getting in the way of work or relationships
  • You've had a recent crisis and need more than weekly therapy to stabilize
  • You're stepping down from residential and want structure before full independence
  • You prefer a group setting - peer support helps you heal faster
